9. Product Use

You are responsible for using the product according to the supplied instructions and for checking the baggage size, weight and item restrictions imposed by your airline or transport provider.

Compression can reduce the volume occupied by suitable contents, but it does not reduce their weight. Do not exceed airline limits or carry prohibited items.

VacPac is not responsible for loss or penalties resulting from:

• Exceeding airline size or weight limits

• Packing restricted or prohibited items

• Improper use of the compression system

• Overpacking or overloading the backpack

• Failure to follow product-care or safety instructions

10. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including the VacPac name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, layouts and design elements—are owned by or licensed to VacPac and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.
